Part 2 (Subtraction): We have been working on subtraction with re-grouping. It is one of the harder concepts that 2nd graders grapple with and I’d like some input from you, the families. How does your student do when they have to re-group out of the tens place to solve a problem? Please let me know. They’ve learned a saying to help them remember when they need to re-group. It goes:
